The Executive Director of designee must interview and approve all selected applicants prior to a contingent offer of employment being made. Human Resouces will provide a contingent offer of employment letter to all new employees verifying terms of employment.

Human Resource is responsible for the overall management of the recruitment and selection processes, including employment related agency relationships and the processing of new applicants, offers, and employees.

All official offers of employment must be issued in writing by the Director of Human Resources. No other employee, with the exception of the Executive Director is autorized to make offers of employment or salary commitments.

Open Positions

Residential Director - Full Time
Responsible for the overall monitoring of the health, safety, financial, and general well-being of persons served living within the WCDSN Board Residential Setting to include: CTH I, CTH II and SLP'S. This monitoring is completed through management and the general supervision of the Residential Coordinator and Supervisors: as well as the visual supervision of person served to ensure the responsibilities of the day-to-day management of the persons served is adequate and appropriate for care and \training provision.

Administrative Services Manager - Full Time
The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for overall administrative activities and all bookkeeping and localized accounting functions for the Agency; ensures the Business Office is operated efficiently and in compliance with all applicable legislation and regulatory requirements and Agency standards, and serves as the Agency’s Human Resources coordinator.
