As the initial entry point into the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) system, we provide comprehensive screening, guidance, and support to help applicants navigate the eligibility process. Our team collaborates with qualified service coordination and early intervention providers to ensure individuals receive the personalized care and resources they need.

At the Williamsburg County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (WCDSNB), we are dedicated to providing compassionate care and quality services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Guided by our mission, IMAGINE—Individuals Making Choices Achieving Goals In New Environments—we empower those we serve to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

- ID/RD and other Waiver Services for comprehensive care and support.
We ensure that individuals and their families are guided through the eligibility process, starting with our Case Management Organization, which serves as the initial point of entry into our services. By working closely with the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (SCDDSN), we help streamline access to care.
